Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Action is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Utrecht, NL. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer support field. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and possesses excellent planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers - Collaborate with the customer service team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms - Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic - Strong planning and people management skills
