Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Vattenfall Netherlands. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Research and troubleshoot customer problems - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Adapt to changing customer needs and feedback

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Adaptable to changing work environments - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Strong research and negotiation skills - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
