Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals who possess strong critical thinking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through chat support channels, assisting customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and general questions. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in the chat support process and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software. 6. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 7. Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers.
