Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team at Swapfiets in Rotterdam, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platform. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, confident, and possess strong negotiation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting through live chat. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Document customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Work towards meeting set KPIs and goals.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 6. Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM software. 7. Adaptable and confident personality traits. 8. Strong negotiation and analysis skills.
