Chat Support Associate

Unilever is seeking a motivated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an entry-level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using available resources and guidelines - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers - Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through teamwork and effective communication

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Motivated and reliable with a passion for helping others - Ability to work well in a team and independently
