Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Vandebron is looking for a qualified Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service and chat support management. This is a part-time position that requires someone who is independent, motivated, and highly skilled in strategic planning and organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote chat support agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the chat support team. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. 5. Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback on customer issues and help drive product improvements. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and chat support management.

Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in customer service and chat support management. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 4. Proficiency in strategic planning and organizational skills. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. 6. Independent and motivated self-starter. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
