Job Description:
Jacobs Douwe Egberts is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the chat support team, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns. As a Chat Support Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the chat support department, including monitoring performance metrics, training new team members, and implementing quality assurance measures.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Train new team members on chat support best practices and company policies - Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement - Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of customer service - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support management - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
