Remote Chat Support Officer

Thuisbezorgd.nl is currently seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team located in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experience - Input and update customer information in the system accurately

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or chat support - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Adaptable to changing work environments and able to think critically in problem-solving situations - Excellent planning and time management skills - Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and chat support software
