Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

TomTom is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Utrecht, Netherlands. As an Associate Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and timely manner through chat support - Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance for technical products and services - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments - Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations with compassion - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and other communication tools - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
