Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Speakap is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Den Haag, NL. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Assist in developing and improving chat support processes. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Strong written communication skills in English and Dutch. 3. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. 4. Resilient and hardworking attitude. 5. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 6. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
