Job Description:
Bunq is looking for a reliable and dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our chat support platform. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through our chat support platform in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to customers. 3. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and other customer service tools. 6. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. 7. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
