Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Coolblue is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Chat Support Representative to join our team in Den Haag, NL. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers

Requirements: - Adaptable and passionate individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and potentially upsell products - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent written communication skills in both English and Dutch
