Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Protix is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Educate customers on product features and functionality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Track and document customer interactions and escalations - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - People management skills - Comfortable working remotely and utilizing various communication tools
