Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Elastic in Utrecht, NL. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, and possess strong analytical and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer problems in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels - Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold ethical standards while interacting with customers - Work closely with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and provide resolutions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers through written messages - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required - Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
