Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Scotch & Soda, a leading fashion brand based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are confident, reliable, possess strong project management skills, and have a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communication - Collaborate with different departments to identify and implement innovative strategies to improve client relations and enhance the overall customer experience - Generate reports and analyze data to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, meetings, and presentations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team - Proactively seek out opportunities to build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
