Client Relations Associate

Voiceworks is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Associate to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Assist with client onboarding and training processes - Keep detailed records of client interactions and communication

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasive and able to influence others - Collaborative team player - Driven and proactive in seeking out opportunities for growth - Experience with client relationship management software is a plus
