Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Vattenfall Netherlands is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are motivated, driven, and possess strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services to clients according to their needs - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services to potential clients - Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales - Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues - Excellent presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in English and Dutch
