Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

VanDutch Marine, a leading luxury yacht manufacturer, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to work from home in Utrecht, NL. This part-time position is ideal for a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations and sales. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with strong cooperation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and pursue business development opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and close deals - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client-related activities - Develop and implement client retention strategies - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in client relations and sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Knowledge of the luxury yacht industry is a plus
