Client Service Associate

Job Description:

VanDutch Marine is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team in Den Haag, Netherlands. As an entry-level position, the Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and features - Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and scheduling deliveries - Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve our products and services - Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and energetic personality - Persuasion skills - Analytical mindset
