Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team at Picnic, a fast-growing online grocery delivery service. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in the Den Haag, NL area. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product recommendations and assistance with online ordering - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Keeping up to date with product offerings, promotions, and policies - Identifying and escalating potential issues to management as needed - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required
