Client Service Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at BUX in Amsterdam. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship between our company and our clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Manage client accounts, providing updates on services and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and address any client needs or requests - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall client experience and retention - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Monitor client accounts to track performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client service management or a related field - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
