Remote Client Service Officer

Van Oord is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Utrecht, NL on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our database - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Provide support for promotional campaigns and events to attract and retain clients - Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on client satisfaction and retention metrics

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual who takes initiative and can work independently - Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
