Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Ahold Delhaize is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, and possess strong project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date - Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on company products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor client activity and provide regular reports to management on client performance and feedback - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
