Job Description:

The Ocean Cleanup is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner. This role is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving issues via phone, email, or in person - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients - Ensure all client inquiries are documented and resolved efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to address client concerns and provide solutions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and updating client records - Uphold high standards of customer service and strive for excellence in all interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a resourceful mindset - Resilient nature, able to handle challenging situations with grace - Strong leadership and critical thinking skills - A desire to learn and grow within the customer service field - No previous experience required, making this an ideal position for entry-level candidates
