Client Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team at Vandebron in Amsterdam, NL. As a part-time Associate level role, the Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account management, including setting up new accounts and processing payments - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients - Contribute to the development of new client service strategies and processes - Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English and Dutch - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
