Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Service Representative at The Ocean Cleanup, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location. Your main duties will include answering client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Work independently to prioritize and manage your workload effectively

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Adaptability to work remotely and handle challenging situations with grace - Strong independent work ethic and ability to thrive in a remote work setting - Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism - Ability to think innovatively and contribute new ideas to improve customer service processes - Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues when needed
