Client Service Representative - Work from home

Akzo Nobel, a global leader in the paints and coatings industry, is seeking a hardworking and driven Client Service Representative to work from home. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant support to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong people management and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
