Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Client Support Assistant to join our team at Catawiki in Eindhoven, NL. As a Client Support Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and assist with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general questions - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues effectively - Update client information in our database accurately and efficiently - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless client experience - Foster a global village mentality within the team and company culture

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills - Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
