Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Akzo Nobel, a global leader in sustainable paints and coatings, is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Utrecht, NL. This role is ideal for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience who is resilient, independent, and possesses excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist with client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation and information - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Support the Client Support Manager in various day-to-day tasks as needed - Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a similar client support role - Resilient and independent mindset - Strong problem-solving skills - Leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
