VanMoof is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Support Assistant to join our team in Amsterdam. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing client accounts and updating client information in the company database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Assisting with client onboarding and training as needed - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Adaptability to navigate and resolve complex client situations - Negotiation skills to handle challenging client interactions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
