Client Support Officer

Job Description: The Ocean Cleanup is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Officer to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client support or a related field. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client experience
