Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team at Catawiki in Amsterdam, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively via email, phone, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client problems with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions. 5. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates through proactive communication and problem-solving. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and processes. 7. Keep up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients with their inquiries. 8. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong dedication to client satisfaction. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong analytical skills to identify and address client needs effectively. 6. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer support software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
