Job Description - Client Support Officer

Ultimaker is seeking a hardworking and confident individual to join our team as a part-time Client Support Officer in Den Haag, Netherlands. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to clients. 4. Assist with client onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth implementation of our products. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update customer profiles in our database. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance client experience.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a client support role, preferably in the technology industry. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
