Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team at ParkBee in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client support processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role for at least 4 years - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling client issues - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands - Fluency in English and Dutch is required
