Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Bynder is seeking a passionate and independent Contact Center Associate to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, order assistance, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize innovative solutions to improve processes and efficiency within the contact center. 6. Assist with project management tasks as needed. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
