Job Description:
As a Contact Center Associate at Hilton's Work from Home division in Rotterdam, NL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and potential guests via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries, concerns, or reservation requests, and you will be expected to handle each interaction with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and answering questions about hotel amenities and services - Provide support for customer service issues, billing inquiries, and other guest-related concerns - Utilize Hilton's CRM system to accurately record customer interactions and update guest profiles as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any escalated issues - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Stay up to date on Hilton's latest promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - High school diploma or equivalent required
