Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Unilever is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to work from home in Eindhoven, NL. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is well-suited for individuals who are independent, driven, and possess strong planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently - Utilize CRM system to document interactions and update customer information - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Meet performance goals and targets set by management - Participate in ongoing training and development programs - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
