Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


Quooker is looking for a talented Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Rotterdam. As a part-time position, this role requires a high level of dedication and hard work to effectively manage our contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the remote contact center operations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are being met. 4. Train, coach, and mentor contact center staff to enhance their performance. 5. Implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience. 8. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Hardworking and dedicated personality traits. 8. Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
