Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

TomTom is seeking a qualified Contact Center Manager to work from home in Rotterdam, NL. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role.


As a Contact Center Manager at TomTom, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center team, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. You will be expected to monitor call center metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities include:


- Developing and implementing contact center policies and procedures - Training and coaching contact center staff to deliver exceptional customer service - Monitoring call center metrics and performance data - Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience - Managing contact center technology and systems to ensure maximum efficiency - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes


The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and reliable, with strong communication and leadership skills. In addition to these personality traits and soft skills, candidates should have a proven track record of success in contact center management.
