Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Elastic is seeking a dedicated and resilient Contact Center Officer to join our team in Den Haag, NL. Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, answer customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints. 3. Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote sales and upsell additional products or services. 4. Update customer information in the database and maintain accurate records of interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 6. Follow company procedures and guidelines to meet quality and productivity standards. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and presentation skills. 2. Ability to persuade and influence others effectively. 3. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace. 4. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Fluent in Dutch and English. 7. Proficient in basic computer skills. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
