Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Bunq is seeking a reliable and hardworking Contact Center Representative to join our team in Eindhoven, NL on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative, you must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional manner - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Demonstrate leadership qualities by assisting and mentoring junior team members as needed

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask - Proficiency with office software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
