Job Description:
Action is currently seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 8. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 5. Innovation and cooperation mindset 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools 7. Comfortable working remotely and independently 8. High school diploma or equivalent
