Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Catawiki. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will be based in Utrecht, NL, and will require the candidate to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements: - No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Availability to work part-time hours remotely
