Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Speakap is looking for a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Den Haag, NL. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for energetic and resilient individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent customer experience - Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues - Continuously improving knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Meeting or exceeding performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in teamwork and people management
