Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Voiceworks is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role who is independent and resilient. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and problem-solving to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging customer interactions - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
