Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Jacobs Douwe Egberts is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a Contact Center Specialist working from home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and efficient manner - Educate customers on product offerings, promotions, and company policies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask efficiently - Driven to achieve results and exceed customer expectations
