Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Fairphone is looking for a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Utrecht, NL. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer care - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
