Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Care Assistant to join our team at DUS Architects in Amsterdam. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Process customer payments and refunds accurately - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confidence and reliability in handling customer inquiries and concerns - Creativity and attention to detail when problem-solving - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
