Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job description:


Picnic Technologies is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant, working from home. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating the root cause and finding a satisfactory resolution. 3. Managing customer accounts and updating customer information as needed. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing feedback to management. 6. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations. 7. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilient personality with a passion for helping others. 6. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
