Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Zoku, a leading company in hospitality and co-living spaces, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately - Process customer orders and returns - Assist in maintaining customer records and databases - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Utilize customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently from home - Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with patience - Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve company goals - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment - Strong people management skills
